Processing & Handling Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched, please allow the following estimated delivery windows:
- Oceania (Australia & surrounding regions): 7–20 business days
- United States: 10–25 business days
- International (all other countries): 15–35 business days
These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.
Shipping Rates
- Oceania: $5.75 USD flat rate
- United States: $5.75 USD flat rate — FREE shipping on orders over $150 USD
- International: $15.00 USD flat rate
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress. Please allow 3–5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Suldan Store ships internationally, and some orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
